The Central Northern Luzon Cordillera Swimming Coaches Association (CNLSCA) is a distinguished swim league dedicated to promoting excellence in swimming across the Central and Northern Luzon regions, as well as the Cordillera Administrative Region in the Philippines. Established with the mission to nurture young swimming talents and elevate the standards of competitive swimming in these areas, CNLSCA is synonymous with dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship.
